I figured it was about time to mention my most recent tinkering-for-fun project (aside from the website of course).
Introducing, my famed and widely renowned (okay I made that up) IRC Chat Bot for the HexChat client!
It features many interesting… Well features! Sending cute pictures of cats when people are sad, rolling eyes and mutterings in British accents about the follies of Americans, trolling perverted pornographers, and much more!
Developed over a period of many months from a simple idea to an ungainly behemoth, re-coded to be slightly modular and then expanded again into another behemoth, it’s unfortunately probably due for another re-write, but I am proud of it nonetheless!
